So, how does it different than the other free PDF Creator?

It is surprised that free PDF creator also can generate secure PDF. I thought that is hidden technology of Adobe, because none of the previous PDF creators able to do that. However, I found the text at the bottom of page quite annoying. :???:
Use Go2PDF if you want to generate PDF with access control for free or a small download size PDF creator, and don’t mind the bottom text. Else, I still recommend PDFCreator.
Also, see CutePDF at http://www.cutepdf.com/ – they have a free version which integrates nicely (looks like a printer, works like a printer). But around 1MB for the prog, plus another 3MB for ps2pdf.
What I find annoying also is in such programs that require “deceiving” the printer
as if to print it out. What I prefer about pdf converter is that
it will be forthright and convert direct. Why? Coz that means I don’t have
to be actually hooked to a printer/or have printer driver aboard.
There are such(even freeware-no biggie) available but hard to find.
This is great! I always have problems making my PDFs small. But the bottom text might be a problem. Is PDFCreator files small?

One of the most important setting is the “Do not embed true type fonts”, Using this property you can decide weather TrueType fonts should be embedded in the PDF file or not. If fonts were not embedded in the PDF file text can be displayed wrongly if the used fonts are not installed on the PC of the reader of the PDF file. On the other hand embedded fonts causes the PDF files to be much larger. The size of the usual font file is 250KB! The embedding also slows the creation process down. EasyPDF will display a warning message on the “Log” window when your PDF document contains embedded fonts.
By default EasyPDF enables the Font Embedding feature.
