Streamyx Support

If you follow my blog recently, you know that I am having problem with the Streamyx. After the death of streamyx at 26 March, the connection is blinking whole day, except that it will connected at about 3am to 8am. Useless.
After filed a report at Tmnet support, Guo Liang called the support line again at the next day and been told that they are checking it.
Today got a blue color card on doorside that’s from Telekom, saying that the technician had come at 11am but nobody at home, ask us to make a new appointment with the phone number left on the card.
Well, have to wait until Monday again… 
Thought:
The support is quite fast actually. But the support line is always busy, you really need to have patience(more than one hour) to call the SUPER HOT line.
BTW, wish the technician can make a call before coming. A simple call can save his trouble and our time.

not in kuching it ain’t. there are only 2 technicians at telekom handling all the streamyx accounts. doh!
